Scope of Work:
Rehabilitation of 5 floors of Wieboldt Hall, Northwestern University Lake Shore Campus, addition of 3 new floors, replacement of existing façade with new limestone veneer and build-out of numerous other areas including library and lecture halls. The actual construction costs rose due to changes in the specifications following our pre-construction estimation. Vistara provided detailed rehabilitation and construction cost estimation by means of in-house take-off analysis utilizing the 16 CSI divisions.
