Construction Phase: As an on-site owner's representative/ construction manager, our duties were to provide weekly and monthly reports reflecting project progress; conduct weekly progress meetings; co-ordinate, review and recommend processing of various project documents. Vistara assisted the client in monitoring and controlling the project budget and schedule through reviews and negotiation of pay requests, project schedules and change orders and addressing outstanding items.
