Vistara was assigned as the Owner's Representative (OR) for the construction of a new elementary school in the Roger's Park Neighborhood. As an OR, we acted on behalf of the Public Building Commission, to perform construction management services, such as coordinating with architects, engineers, and general contractors, monitoring the progress by maintaining the schedules and budgets.

The Eugene Field school is a community anchor that supports many after school programs. This new 80,000 SF Elementary School, includes 30 Classrooms, a Gymnasium, Resource Center and Dining facility; accommodates approximately 1,000 students and includes voice, data, television and computer connections, while the resource center accommodates 150 students. The dining facility contains a comprehensive kitchen, 3 Serving stations and seats 150 students.
