Wieboldt Hall: Rehabilitation of 5 floors, including an addition of 3 new floors, replacement of the existing façade with new limestone veneer and build-out of numerous other areas including library and lecture halls. Actual construction costs rose due to changes in the specifications following our pre-construction estimates. Vistara provided detailed rehabilitation and construction cost estimates by means of in-house take-off analysis utilizing the 16 CSI divisions.

Swift Hall (School of Communication): Complete renovation (vacated building) of existing offices, graduate rooms and a large Auditorium/ theater, including entire replacement of the MEP system, life safety, telecommunications systems upgrades and the installation of an elevator and enclosed stair. Including historic restoration of the exterior.
