Vistara was a member of the McClier team that served as the Construction Manager for the construction of the new Kennedy King College campus. Since the start of the project Vistara had provided construction cost estimates, bid assistance and review, establishing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and detailing a construction schedule.
Designed as a project with the City Colleges of Chicago and the Public Building Commission, the new campus will provide additional infrastructure to the existing College. By integrating multiple uses into a building, the 6 building campus will house over 20 different services. Located near the CTA, access to and from the campus is streamlined with additional parking at the perimeter.

In addition to Academic Buildings, this multi level educational facility has a 3-Story Theater, Computer Rooms, Applied Science Building, Gymnasium, Day Care Center, Theatre Building, Athletic & Student Services building, Swimming Pool, Television Studio and Radio Station WKKC FM. There is also a Library with over 50,000 books and micro films, a spacious Academic Support Center; Food Service areas, and numerous Laboratories such as the ones used by the Automotive Technology and Photo Offset Printing Departments.
