Vistara has provided and continues to provide the Chicago Park District with services ranging from On Site Construction Administration to Specification Writing, Construction Cost Estimating and Building Assessments. The Garfield Park Conservatory was rehabilitated with new interactive exhibits as part of the Children's Garden. The Scope of work included specification writing for all architectural elements and exhibit work.
