Concordia Vistara has been providing Cost Estimates at the Feasibility Studies / Schematic / Design Development and Construction Documents phases for the proposed Historic Preservation/Rehabilitation/Renovations or New Construction of Various Libraries. These estimates incorporated several alternates that were considered and presented to the client for review. Working closely with the Architects and participating in client meetings we were able to propose dynamic solutions to budgetary and site constraints, while maintaining programmatic needs. These projects ranged from $7 million to $25 million.
