Scope of Work:
As Program Manager, Vistara is a member of Chicago School Associates, joint venture, that is responsible for all aspects of the Capital Improvement Program. Specifically, Vistara lead the team responsible for new construction. All projects in FY99 were delivered on schedule and budget. Vistara also developed the new assessment forms and documentation methodology that has been adopted for the dissemination of information for the ongoing Capital Improvement Program.
